Product Indroduction
The horizontal bead mill is an improved, continuous working laboratory and production machine for wide variety of grinding applications, with low-cost and high grinding performance.
The disk agitator shaft activates the grinding media with high intensity through the entire grinding chamber. Highly efficient separation devices adapted to the machine are available for separation of product and grinding media, and this ensures that the mill is reliably operated with high viscous products as well. According to the specific product requirements, the machine can be designed in different materials including PU, rubber, ceramics, chilled casting, special steel, etc.
Main Features

2.Continuous mass production, according to fineness requirements to adjust the speed of incoming and outgoing material.
3. Double cooling systems for the chamber and end cap. The dissolvent which is compatible with grinding material can be added as cooling agency to reduce the production loss from leakage.
4. Feeding device: imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or frequency control gear pump is optional as clients' requirements. Feeding and discharging tubes are imported with good solvent resistant property.
