High viscosity paste adhesive vacuum heated centrifugal double planetary mixer
Combining the advantage of the traditional double planetary mixer and high-speed dispersion mixer,double planetary dispersing power mixer is an efficient new model and have widely use in the new energy currently.
Based on the original planetary power mixer and the features of lithium batteries and capacitance slurry,we develop the enhanced planetary power mixer with high speed and greater torque.It is apply to dry power process of the production of lithium-ion cathode slurry,lithium-ion anode slurry.Burning the design process,we fully considered the reasonable speed,mixing power,dispersing line speed and reasonable shape of twisted stirrer.Our design has reduced the resistance of high viscous material,the distribution of turbulence intensity in the vessel and so on.In this way,we get the more efficient and stable double planetary power mixer to process the high viscosity slurry.
Different Blender Options
1. Powerful Dispersion Machine, viscosity materialIt has three agitators of different forms. One agitator rotates around the axis of the barrel, and the other two rotate at a high
speed around its own axis at different speeds, so that the material does complex movement in the barrel. The "" shape scraper in
the equipment is around the barrel.
Double planetary mixer is integrated with dispersion and mixing kneader effect. The mixing paddles and high speed dispersion
shafts revolve and rotate at the same time. The twist blades make the material in the barrel flow up and down. The high speed
dispersion plate continuous shear and break up the material.
